Bryan Clark - Your Own Personal Guide in the Art of "Where Do I Start?"

I know firsthand what it feels like to deeply desire change but be completely overwhelmed by where and how to start. I promise to improve your quality of life through simple, no-nonsense, no woo-woo strategies, centering on improving overall health, both physical and mental.

Okay, great. I'm a Health Coach. So what do I even do, and why me?

If you're here, looking for help, first of all: Congratulations. You're awesome. Second, you can rest assured that while I may not know your exact experiences, I have been where you're at right now. I knew what I was doing wasn't working and I needed to change. I come from a background of excessive drinking and drug abuse, total neglect of my physical and mental health, and general destructive behavior of all kinds. 

I know exactly what it takes to start from ground zero and rebuild a life filled with healthier habits, more fulfillment, less anxiety...and still make mistakes sometimes, too. As a now Professional Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and overall Mental Health Bro, I believe in being with you every step of the way, both as a coach and motivator- and as a fellow citizen of this earth who often struggles with the same things you do.

I can offer a variety of services catered to your specific needs and/or goals.  They include, but are not limited to:

Clarity Coaching:

Sometimes we know we want to change, grow, or strive for something more, but aren't totally sure what that looks like. 

Accountability Coaching:

Maybe we know exactly what we want to change or accomplish, but need help making a plan and sticking to it.

Recovery Coaching:

I have personal experience with excessive drug and alcohol abuse, and know where all the potholes on the road to recovery are.

Relationship Coaching:

Whether it's familial, friendly, romantic, or otherwise, relationships require just as much energy, effort, and care as anything else we want to improve in our lives.

Fitness/Nutrition Coaching:

As a Certified Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach and someone who didn't enter a gym for the first time until they were 30, I can not just help, but relate to people in all stages of their fitness journeys.
